The wikis.oracle.com URL now redirects to the MOS Communities page.
Any bookmarks to various Messaging Server documentation on wikis.oracle.com give various strange errors, "No data received", "Secure Connection Failed".
If you use a non-httpS URL, it redirects to the MOS Communities page.
The link to the old top-level wiki-based UCS doc page, wikis.oracle.com/display/CommSuite/Home, redirects to Oracle Communications Documentation.
