Goal

The KWH (Kilowatt-Hours) UOM has to be used for Register Reads and billing for both Electricity and Gas Service Types.

The KWH (Kilowatt-Hours) UOM is already configured on the Electricity Service Type.

When trying to add KWH (Kilowatt-Hours) for Gas Service Type, the following error pops-up:
Unit of Measure KWH duplicate key error.
This field is a key field on a database table.
The value as it currently stands is a duplicate of an existing value.
