Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.6.0 version, Rerating/Rebilling

When running re-rating the following error occurs.

Rerating fails with below error:


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Transfer a subscription that has a product with an annual cycle fee to a different account
2. Run rerating from the last bill cycle on the FROM account
