Welcome Email Fails To Send And Error "User '$EmailAddress' Has OBS Access With Active Projects But No Team Member With Valid Email Address Found" Is Generated In The Team Member Email Statusing Service Log File (Messaging.log) (Doc ID 2038125.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to send a "Welcome" email to a P6 Team member using the Team Member Email Statusing Service, the email fails to send and the following error is generated in the Team Member Email Statusing Service Log File (Messaging.log):

ERROR
-----------------------
User 'xxxx@.com' has OBS access with active projects but no team member with valid email address found.

xxxx@.com is the email address of the team member the Welcome Letter was being sent to, in the body of the Welcome Email.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Send a welcome email to the P6 Team Member (with a Team Member's Email address in the body of the welcome email, and "Welcome" In The Subject line)
  2. The Email Is Recieved By The Team Member Email Statusing Service But Moves To A Failed Folder
  3. Noted Error Is Generated In The Log File.
