Symptoms

Sonet assignments are falling of CLR's during reconcile.

While working the DLRD (or similar) task of an open order, existing SONET DLR blocks are being removed from a circuit's DLR when the user selects Add To Design within the Connection Reconciliation window for a different SONET assignment. However, the network assignments that these blocks represent remain intact.
