Symptoms
The following error comes when a user tries to add new Provisioning Plan using an Existing one .

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
POT040
1. Go to provisioning plans.
2. Select NEWFROMTEST test
3. Click FILE-- NEWFROM
4. Delete several tasks
5. Add several tasks, APPT.....
6. Click save and you'll get the error message.
7. It seems that a new/from from a new/from has the issue.
