Internet Explorer 11 Does Not Allow Multiple File Download After 9.3.3.0.122 (Doc ID 2038219.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
After applying <Patch 19831964>: 9.3.3.0.122:INTERNET EXPLORER 11 SUPPORT/ CERTIFICATION FOR AGILE 9.3.3, Internet Explorer 11(IE11) does not allow multiple file download on Web Client.
This issue does not occur when 9.3.3.0.122 is not applied. FireFox can perform multiple file download.

Expected Behavior
After applying 9.3.3.0.122, IE11 can perform multiple file download on Web Client.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Apply 9.3.3.0.122
  2. Login to Web Client and go to Attachment tab for any object
  3. Select multiple records and press Get button
  4. A new window with  

       Downloading File

    appears but no progress.
