Symptoms

When we tried to start up the deployment of demantra in weblogic console, it failed with following error
weblogic.management.DeploymentException: Error: Unresolved Webapp Library references for "ServletContext@17569477[app:demantra module:demantra path:/demantra spec-version:2.5]", defined in weblogic.xml [Extension-Name: jstl, Specification-Version: 1.2, Implementation-Version: 1.2, exact-match: false]
