When attempting to use the batchclient to checkout files from the vault, the following error occurs:


FMS client can't connect to the FileServer (Permission denied)

What is working:
The BatchClient itself can connect to the agile application server and can execute a LogiView-Script.  It is possible to download the file which should also be checked out when logging in with the same user in Agile EDM manually.

I can ping the application server from the data exchange server.
