Payment Center Search Frequently Fails (Timeouts) Without Providing any Error Message (Doc ID 2038748.1)

Goal

On : 7.5.0.10.0 version, Payment Suspense Center

Payment Search frequently fails (timeouts) without providing any error message. Issue happens randomly and is observed in multiple search criteria.

1) Searching without any specific criteria and just clicking search for suspended payments.
2) Searching by entering date range

Suspect Java memory issue to be a factor. Any further suggestion to approach to resolve this?
