RMS Is Not Populating Correct Import Country Details in ORDHEAD Table for Orders Created Externally (Doc ID 2038985.1)

The issue described in this document is known to Oracle, and a fix already scheduled for future release.
This article will be updated as official patch information becomes available.


In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 14.1, the system is not populating the correct import country in the ORDHEAD table for orders created via the XORDER API script.  The script is taking the base country from SYSTEM_OPTIONS instead of the warehouse country.
