V10 AsValuesRequest Table Doesn't Record MachineName Column Correctly (Doc ID 2039274.1)

Symptoms

On : 10.1.2.3 version, Cycle Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------
During the daily valuation of cycle, the column MachineName in the table AsValuesRequest no longer (compared to V8) records the JVM that is processing the policies.
Client uses a SQL query to generate performance of our system and now we're not able to determine JVM usage. This works correctly in v8.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Valuation tables should correctly stored the machine name as it does in the cycle tables

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute daily valuation (using multiple JVM's)
2 - Run SQL to generate per JVM stats:

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot analyze performance on each JVM.
