"Invalid Numeric Value" Error if Value Contains Comma when Saving IMD via "Save As" (Doc ID 2039860.1)

When trying to edit the IMD using Save As button for more than 3 digit numbers to the left of the decimal point or has a comma, the software returns an "Invalid Numeric Value" error.
