Shifts Not Created In Real Time Scheduler Due to Maximum Number Of Shifts Reached In MWM v1.4.5.

Goal

Some shifts are created in the system and not getting created by Real Time Scheduler.
Error message in the log is

717727: SCH188 15/06/15 11:32:54.05 send SWITCH.3348 0021:1045279 >>ERROR|||SHIFT||||WOLHEAT-20150627||||unable to add shift; Can not exceed the MAXIMUM of shifts<<

Is there a way to increase the MAXIMUM number of SHIFTS from 8192 to a higher number? And if yes, what is that number and what is the optimal #?
