Agents working in CSC are getting blank screens and/or errors. If the user logs out and logs back in the issue is resolved.
Two of the errors that have been seen in the CSC UI are below, though there may be others:
Agent took a break from working in the CSC and the application server's session expired.
After the session expires, the Profile has no 'user' repository item reference in its 'dataSource' property. Properties such as email are defined in the user repository item, but they are not defined in atg.userprofiling.Profile. This is why the properties are unavailable after a session expiration.
