ALM ORA-00933: SQL Command Not Properly Ended Errors in All Processes (Doc ID 2040909.1)

Symptoms

On ALM 8.0.0, when running ALM Static Processes, the log files are showing errors:

ERROR
Module Logging OFS errors: (203105) Oracle drv_oci error: OCI Function: [4] - oexec(),
oexn() SQL Function: [0] - SQL function not found! Oracle Error:
ORA- 00933: SQL command not properly ended Driver Function:
drv_oci::Execute() SQL Statement:
delete from ket_Beg_Date]
where ket_Beg_Date].result_sys_id = 200768.00000


Module Logging OFS errors: (203075)
DELETE Statement Failed SQL:
delete from ket_Beg_Date]
where ket_Beg_Date].result_sys_id = 200768.00000


Module Logging OFS errors: (203105) Oracle drv_oci error: Disconnect: Not all ORACLE driver
copies destroyed!


The process does complete successfully however.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
