Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) , Serial Number button is disabled for the modify item flow for both serialized and non serialized items.

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Select F3 POS
2. Enter an item
3. Select F4 Item
4. Select F9 More
5. F8 Serial Number button is disabled
6. Add a serialized item on the Sell Item screen
7. At the Enter Serial Number prompt , enter a serial number
8. Select F4 Item
9. Select F9 More
10. F8 Serial Number button is disabled
