Symptoms

Actual Behavior
"Invalid byte 1 of 1-byte UTF-8 sequences" error occurs in LDAP preview

Expected Behavior
LDAP preview works without error

Steps
1. Login to Java Client
2. Admin > Server Settings > LDAP
3. Setup the LDAP server
   Enter multibyte characters to User Path or Group Path.
   e.g.
      ou=xxxx, dc=<DC>, dc=<DC>, dc=<DC>
   xxxx means Japanese characters
4. Click Preview
5. The following error occurs:
   Invalid byte 1 of 1-byte UTF-8 sequences
