"Reset User" In Argus Safety Sometimes Does Not Work - "too Many Rows" Error Message In SQLTimes (Doc ID 2041738.1)

Symptoms

Intermittently the following error is observed in SQLTimes when a user session is reset from User Login List:

SQL execution error, ORA-20004: ORA-20004: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ORA-06512: at "ARGUS_APP.GSS", line 1974
ORA-06512: at line 1

The only way to reset the user session is to have the user themselves log out.
