"Reset User" In Argus Safety Sometimes Does Not Work - "too Many Rows" Error Message In SQLTimes

Intermittently the following error is observed in SQLTimes when a user session is reset from User Login List:
SQL execution error, ORA-20004: ORA-20004: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

ORA-06512: at line 1
The only way to reset the user session is to have the user themselves log out.
