Collection Center Throwing Error when Rescheduling an Action

On : version, Collections Manager

Reschedule Action is throwing error.

Action should be able to get rescheduled.

1. Create an account and add a subscription product with purchase fee
2. Move pvt and run billing
3. Move pvt after bill due date and run pin_collections_process
4. Open the account in Collection Center
5. Try to reschedule some future dated action to move few days ahead
