The MetaSolv Solution client application (tbs.exe) does NOT open correctly after entering valid information in the "Logon to Oracle Communications MetaSolv Solution" window. The application appears to successfully login and displays on the Windows Taskbar as minimized, but it cannot be maximized so the user is unable to access it.
The issue is intermittent
1. Launch the MetaSolv Solution application
2. Enter valid User ID, Password and Application Server information in the "Logon to Oracle Communications MetaSolv Solution" window
3. Click OK and the application displays on the Windows taskbar as if it were minimized, but it cannot be maximized.
Due to this issue, affected users are unable to access the application.
