XITEM Error Record Is Not Deleted From SVC_PROCESS_TRACKER Table

Executing the Item induction purge batch,note that error records pertaining to Xitem are not being considered.
Steps To Recreate:
- Make sure XITEM record exist in SVC_PROCESS_TRACKER table with status=PE (processed with error) and the TEMPLATE_KEY='RMSSUB_XITEM'.
- Set the retention period to make the xitem ready for purge.
- Execute itm_indctn_purge Batch program.
- See that XITEM record not deleted.
