Symptoms
When attempting to open/login to Visualizer the following error occurs:
ERROR

"Unable to connect to the database. Please run the Database Configuration tool or contact your administrator".
When reviewing the associated error in the Visualizer.log (found in the user %TEMP% directory) the following error is logged:
ERROR

Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Client.OracleException: ORA-01005: null password given; logon denied
