Symptoms

The issue described in this document is known to Oracle, and a fix already scheduled for future release. This article will be updated as official patch information becomes available.

Deleting a supplier site in EBS throws the below error message.

"com.oracle.retail.rms.integration.services.supplierservice.v1.IllegalStateWSFaultException: Error ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables returned by program unit RMSAIASUB_SUPPLIER_SQL.INSERT_ADDRESS"

Note: The fix for <Bug 18808779> supposed to address the same error message is already applied however still the error is faced.

Steps to recreate:

  1. Pick an existing supplier with 3 sites, already integrated with RMS.
  2. Choose one of the sites and delete it in EBS. This will inactivate the site in RMS.
  3. Observe in RFI logs that the mentioned exception above is raised.
