Symptoms

In a customer's Trouble Info configuration, there is a pre-defined sort called "Call Priority" that is configured for the Callers table in addition to the default sort.  That sort option would completely disappear from the Sort menu the first time you toggled from the Callers tab to the Customers tab and then back to the Callers tab.  In order to get the "Call Priority" sort to reappear, you would have to log out completely and then log back in.

Also, on a standard sample model, when the Default sort was selected and then brought up the Sort Dialog, there would be no column selected for the sort (it should be Ascending by Critical).

This configuration is in the jconfig/ops/troubleinfo/xml/TROUBLEINFO_BEHAVIOR.inc file:

Steps to recreate the issue:

  1. Start Web Workspace and log in.
  2. Take authority over all zones.
  3. Select a job with 1 call.
  4. Bring up Trouble Info.
  5. Select Sort > Sort Dialog (Verify that Default is selected).
  6. Verify that the column name listed is "Critical".
  7. Select the AMI Customers view.
  8. Select Sort > Sort Dialog (Verify that Default is selected).
  9. Verify that the column name listed is "Critical".
  10. Select the Calls button again.
  11. Select Sort > Sort Dialog.
