Symptoms

On : 2.4.0.2.0 version,

When attempting to run Rate Check using the Rate Schedule and Math calculation rule,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a calculation group.
2. Define a Math calculation rule. Use a Service Quantity scalar variable type.
3. Create a Rate Schedule that references the calculation group.
4. Create a service agreement that requires bill determinants.
5. Run Rate Check using the Rate Schedule and SA. Set Usage Request Type to Interval. Ensure that the UOM/TOU/SQI defined on the Service Quantity scalar variable is not set. Upload interval data as necessary.
