Account Balance Is Not Shown Correctly In Glid Report In AR And Offset Account (Doc ID 2042668.1)

Symptoms

The balance impact in /journal and event_bal_impact_t are correct, but the GLID report generation is not reflected correctly.

Scenario:

1. Created new GLID and reason code file and uploaded the same in BRM
2. Applied some AR action on account and then create GLID report for the same account

Result: The GLID report shows balance impact just double the actual impact.

For example:
If an adjustment has been applied for $1, then GLID report shows impact of $2 and so on.
