Force Receipt transaction on a shortage for tran_code 44 is not displaying the Total_Cost or Ref_no_1 or Ref_no_2 fields in the TRAN_DATA table.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a transfer from Warehouse to Store.
  2. Ship and perform short receiving.
  3. Check the TRAN_DATA table.  Note that tran_code 44 is posted with correct ref_no1 , ref_ no2, and total_cost fields.
  4. Now do reconciliation from soerbol.fmb form and check the TRAN_DATA postings.  Tran_code 44 is posted but without total cost, ref_no1, ref_no2 fields being populated.
