CDI Not Showing Crewshifts Due To Not Allowed Service Class Configuration

Goal
On : 2.1.0.5 version, Common Dispatcher Interface
CDI not showing Crewshifts
When loging in as a dispatcher to a Service Area, ideally the crewshifts for that service area should be displayed. However, on few occasions, we are not able to see the Crewshifts.
On the Dispatch Areas, we have added 2 Service classes; a) Smart Meter Operations; b) Meter Operations.
Since Meter Operatives should not get Smart Meter Jobs and vice versa, the Crewshift has been updated by populating the Not Allowed Service Class. This seems to be causing the issue.
