Clarification on create_cmt_procedure.sql

We are upgrading from 7.5-PS4 to 7.5-PS10 and in one of the post installation steps mentioned in Installation Guide -

"Configuring Conversion Manager to Migrate the /purchased_bundle_t Class from a Legacy Database to the BRM Database"

1.Go to the BRM_Home/sys/dd/data directory.
2.Run the following command, which opens SQL*Plus:
sqlplus login/password@database_alias
■login is the login name to use for connecting to the BRM database.
■password is the encrypted password for login.
■database_alias is the BRM database alias.
3.Run the following command:
SQL>@ create_cmt_procedure.sql
The stored procedure is loaded.
4.Run the following command, which exits SQL*Plus:

However create_cmt_procedure.sql doesn't exist at mentioned path BRM_Home/sys/dd/data directory. why?

Can you please confirm if we need to execute "create_cmt_procedure_oracle.sql" and on each DB schema as we have BRM multischema setup ?
