Postal Code Field not Mandatory in a Send Sale, Causing the Tax to Be Applied Incorrectly

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS), there is no mandate on the customer information screen to collect the shipping address , hence when user does not enter any address tax is zero as well as the send transaction does not have the address associated to ship the item to. We expect that the address fields are mandatory for a Send Sale.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select F3 POS
2. Enter an item 906
3. Tax is calculated
4. Select F5 Transaction > F9 More > F7 Send
5. Link a customer ( fill out name and telephone number fields)
6. Link F3
7. Is shipping address same as billing address prompt appears
8. Select Yes
9. Select Shipping Method
10. F2 Done
11. F2 Cash tender
12. Receipt prints
The address fields are not mandatory, so if the user does not enter this information, the store does not know where to send the shipment. As well, as the Tax is not charged.
