CSV Import Error - Unable to Import Change Order BP Line Items

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When importing the .CSV file, the import either completes without importing Line Items successfully or fails during import.
Users should be able to import .CSV files to the Change Orders BP Line Items when using the exported template.
