customer is having the issue that when they run the Launch management, new records got created in the sales data table for the target item but actual_quantity column was null. Quantity wasn't copied from the source item. No errors anywhere and Status - Processed and Status Detail - Sales data series load completed .
Since Launch Management supports the following levels:
• Item/DC Site
• Item/Site group (store Group)
We checked and found that the customer is running it against Bill To which is not supported. However customer mentions that he has renamed "Account" to "Bill To" and Bill To to "Bill To Std" level.
They then are running the Launch management against this Bill To. So technically, per them they are using Item/Account level. They did not change anything in the Launch Management filter window. It pop's up as Bill To since the Account Level was renamed.
Also checked the NPI_SERIES_data table and I do see the target pseudo in there target series which is in Valid status and has apply_copy_perc as 1
Checked that both source and target item both are in the same demand class.
It seems like it is copying salesplus source series to pseudo target series. This actually works since they want the adjusted history of source copied to sales history override of target item. Not sure why actual_quantity didn't get copied. Customermentions that he is fine with history being copied over to pseudo column but based on npi_series_data table even actual_quantity should have been copied.
