Goal

Per Doc ID 1465253.1, have followed the steps to resolve the issue 'Cannot Accept a Local Event With Many Data Elements'
Cannot Accept a Local Event With Many Data Elements in Argus Due to 'Sys.Webforms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException' Error.

However, would like to know what would be the optimal value of the below

<appSettings>

   in the web.config file so that the follow up gets accepted

<appSettings>
<add key="aspnet:MaxHttpCollectionKeys" value="5000" />
</appSettings>

Should the value be 9000 or 10,000?
