Symptoms

Blank Page is Displayed to the User upon logging on to InForm

Note: If InForm Portal is setup for the trial, the Portal home page will be displayed. However, the InForm navigation pane with the tabs like Enroll, Subjects, Queries, etc. and the Logout button will not be available.
