Slee_Charging Table is Consuming More Disk Space In OCSG5.1

On OCSG 5.1, similar amount of traffic is taking much more space than on OCSG4.1.

For example: with TL(Terminal Location) and MMS(PalayX21 Multiple Message), 2.3 million CDR records in SLEE_CHARGING take around 1GB space on OCSG4.1, but similar amount of traffic takes around 7GB space on OCSG5.1.
