RDF Measure 'usradj' ('Sls Usr Adj') Being Zeroed Out in the Sales Preprocessing Maintenance Workbook (Doc ID 2044242.1)

In Oracle Retail Demand Forecasting (RDF) 13.4.3.x, the measure 'usradj' is being inexplicably zeroed out.  The Sales Preprocessing Maintenance workbook zeroes out data for the 'sls user adj' measure, even for stores not in the workbook.  This behavior appears to occur during workbook usage.
