ORPOS Shows 'Authorization Is Offline' Message When the Authorization Service Is Actually Online (Doc ID 2044339.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS), when attempting to tender transactions with a Credit/Debit tender, the 'Authorization is offline' dialog is presented to the user and ORPOS re-opens the Tender Options screen to select a different tender.
In addition to this, the AuthorizationService status changes to 'offline'.

This problem cannot be reproduced at will.  It occurs when the response from ACI software is 68 and 73.
