Imsbackup Command in MS 7u5 Creates Empty Backup File (Doc ID 2044440.1)

Symptoms

With previous version of Messaging Server, i.e. 7u4, the following command works:

imsbackup -f <file> user/<userid>

On Messaging Server version 7u5 patch 36 or lower, the same command above produces a backup file containing nothing.

eg:

# mboxutil -lp user/z5user2/INBOX
msgs Kbytes last msg partition quotaroot mailbox

1 0 2015/08/13 09:08 primary no quota user/z5user2/INBOX

# imsbackup -v -f /var/tmp/z5user2.bkp user/z5user2

The table of contents is empty, nothing would be restored.

Please mark, no errors are being printed either.

 Upgraded Messaging Server from version 7u4 to 7u5.
