Custom Colors Are Not Saved in List When Color Dialog Box is Re-opened. (Doc ID 2044618.1)

When a custom color is defined via the "Color" dialog, it is not retained in the "Custom colors" section of the dialog window for future re-use; each time the user returns to the custom-color dialog box, any previously-created colors have reverted to black.

Define customer colors should be saved.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Open Group & Sort
2.Double Click one of the "Group By" items "Font & Color" to change the color.
3.Click on the Color rectangle.
4.Define Custom Color & change the color to something Custom.
5.Then Click the "Add to Custom Colors" button. Newly-defined color appears in Custom Color box. Click OK. Click OK again.
6. Return to the color window per steps 2-4; the custom color has reverted to black.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save the custom colors.
