Cannot Upgrade Existing Data Model With Timebucket Change To Sunday (Doc ID 2045038.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4.1 version, BusModeler

When attempting to upgrade data model after changing the Monday to Sunday
the following error occurs.

12-MAY-15 TIME_BUCK "-6532 ORA-06532: Subscript outside of limit Error in PROCEDURE  line 656

        dynamic_ddl( 'BEGIN extend_inputs; END;')"



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go on Business Modeler.
2. Go to Datamodel
3. Choose Exisiting datamodel 'DM/S&OP'.
4. Navigate to timebuckets window.
5. Change start day from 'monday' to 'Sunday'.
6. Navigate to last window of datamodel wizard - click 'Save' and 'Build Model'
7. Now select 'upgrade existing model' with run 'Timebuckets' checked.
8. Error window appears.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
This is a major hurdle, the client is unwilling to go live with this environment because the standard functionality is not working.

Go live is scheduled for May 28th 2015 - the client says this is a 'showstopper'.
