Below screenshots represent what can been seen in the Java Client when attempting to insert a new BOM position into a list mask. Find multiple lines in edit mode and existing records hidden.
Steps to Reproduce:
a) An item that has multiple sub-items assigned in the BOM tab.
b) At least one of the sub-items has BLOB assigned. (an image imported for the item is considered a Binary Large OBject)
c) The submask field designed to handle the BLOB field is visible. (e.g. w, r). For example, for BOM submask the field is T_MASTER_DAT.ART_BLOB and for Documents submask the field is T_DOC_DAT.DOC_BLOB.
a) Create a new item ITM-0001
b) Create four new items ITM-0002, ITM-0003, ITM-0004, 202264-54
c) Load thumbnail to items ITM-0002, 202264-54 by going to each item mask on the tab "Navigator" and click on Import picture... button.
d) Assign items ITM-0002 - pos10, item ITM-0003 pos20 , item ITM-0004 pos30 and item 202264-54 pos40 to BOM tab of item ITM-0001
e) Select then de-select record at position 30 so the cursor is at position 30.
f) Click Insert Button (userexit iwf_ins_ent behind)
g) Receive error - find the last two items with the highest position numbers remain visible while the rest turn hidden and there are multiple lines in edit mode.
The functionality remains in place, the new item/document is added correctly, but is displayed incorrect which causes confusion.
The error will occur in other list masks as well, when the appropriate Blob field is included as visible field in the mask! This is not specific to BOM lists.
