Symptoms

 Following error thrown when ruleset is executed either through Web Service (WS) or User Interface (UI):

java.lang.Exception
at oracle.communications.inventory.extensibility.rules.impl.RulesExecutorImpl.getRuleBase(RulesExecutorImpl.java:151)
at oracle.communications.inventory.extensibility.rules.impl.RulesExecutorImpl.load(RulesExecutorImpl.java:113)
at oracle.communications.inventory.extensibility.rules.impl.RulesExecutorImpl.getWorkingMemory(RulesExecutorImpl.java:529)
at oracle.communications.inventory.extensibility.rules.impl.RulesExecutorImpl.execute(RulesExecutorImpl.java:321)
at oracle.communications.inventory.extensibility.rules.impl.RulesExecutorImpl.execute(RulesExecutorImpl.java:301)
at oracle.communications.inventory.extensibility.extension.util.ExtensionRuleMediator.runRule(ExtensionRuleMediator.java:323)
