When you try to upgrade the RMB environment from v22.214.171.124 to v126.96.36.199 (including FW upgrade v188.8.131.52), the folder/file permissions are completely reset to original settings each time that InitialSetup.sh is run. Changes to setpermissions.sh have been made during the v184.108.40.206 and v.220.127.116.11 upgrades, but somehow this is also not working in v18.104.22.168 (FW v22.214.171.124).
Settings need to be kept during the upgrade process and the application shouldn't reset to the original settings.
Due to this issue, users cannot bring up the environment when you use a different UserID for hosting J2EE EAR files in Websphere and the Application runs as (cissys). You will need redo all the permissions on folders/files before bringing up the applications.
