Symptoms
When attempting ACP import, Global Searches ends in following Error. This issue occurs even after patch 9.3.3.0.246 is applied.
Error
1) ERROR: String index out of range: -1
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Apply <Patch 20927312> (9.3.3.0.246)
- Perform ACP export from source instance
- Perform ACP import from target instance
