New Product Service Request (PSR) User Defined Field (UDF) With a 'Y' or 'N' Dropdown Valid Value Shows as '5' Instead of the Correct Value the MetaSolv Solution GUI (Doc ID 2046080.1)

Symptoms

Added a new Product Service Request (PSR) User Defined Field (UDF) with a 'Y' or 'N' dropdown valid value and the field showed as '5' instead of the value itself in the MetaSolv Solution GUI.  The UDF was set up correctly, moved the UDF in the sort order up a slot it started to work correctly.
