CSV Import Error - Activity Status Must Be Imported With Actual Start Date and Finish Date (Doc ID 2046111.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import a .CSV file into Schedule Sheet of a project that does has Actual Start date and/or Actual Finish dates, the following error is thrown:

"The activity status must be imported with actual start date and finish date and listed activity."
