Item Deleted in RMS Is Not Deleted from Table AS_ITM_RTL_STR in Back Office (Doc ID 2046327.1)

In Oracle Retail Back Office (ORBO) 13.4.x, item(s) are not deleted from table AS_ITM_RTL_STR. For an item delete coming from Retail Merchandising System (RMS) via MOM file, the respective item(s) are not deleted from all tables.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Generate and import in ORBO an item delete action via MOM ItemExport.xml like file:

Priority="0"    FillType="KillAndFill"    Version="1.0"    Batch="1"  

2. Process the MOM file in ORBO.
3. Check tables AS_ITM and AS_ITM_RTL_STR for the item that was deleted.
4. Notice that the item is not deleted from table AS_ITM_RTL_STR.
