Same Return To Warehouse Can Be Dispatched Multiple Times in SIM

Symptoms
A dispatched Return To Warehouse (RTW) can be updated multiple times in Store Inventory Management (SIM).
Steps to Reproduce:
Case 1
- Log in to SIM using any user and any store.
- Create a return to warehouse.
- Navigate to Shipping/Receiving -> Returns -> Create.
- Fill required fields (Warehouse, Item, Default reason code, Qty) and press Done button.
- Show details for the created return.
- Double click table record with created return.
- Wait at detail screen.
- Log in to SIM using another machine.
- Try to show details for the same return.
- Navigate to Shipping/Receiving -> Returns.
- Double click the same table record as in point 3.
- Do not exit Break Lock Confirmation window.
- Go to the first machine and dispatch return from detail screen (point 3).
- Press Dispatch button.
- Confirm at Dispatch Confirmation window.
- Return has been dispatched first time and got "dispatched" status in database.
- Go to the second machine and dispatch the same return.
- Confirm breaking the lock.
- Press Dispatch button.
- Confirm at Dispatch Confirmation window. Notice that nothing happens.
- Notice that the return is not dispatched again, but nothing happens. The same window is visible; no message appears. User can click the same button (Dispatch) many times.
Case 2
- Log in to SIM using any user and any store.
- Create a return to warehouse.
- Navigate to Shipping/Receiving -> Returns -> Create.
- Fill required fields (Warehouse, Item, Default reason code, Quantity) and press Done button.
- Show details for the created return.
- Double click table record with created return.
- Wait at detail screen.
- Log in to SIM using another machine.
- Try to show details for the same return.
- Navigate to Shipping/Receiving -> Returns.
- Double click the same table record as in point 3.
- Do not exit Break Lock Confirmation window.
- Go to the first machine and dispatch return from detail screen (point 3).
- Press Dispatch button.
- Confirm at Dispatch Confirmation window.
- Return has been dispatched first time and got "dispatched" status in database.
- Go to the second machine.
- Confirm breaking the lock.
- Press Done button.
- Notice, Return status is changed from "Dispatched" into "Pending".
