Symptoms

On : Primavera P6 7.0 4.0 version, when attempting to log in Progress Reporter or P6, the following error occurs.

Logon Denied For [username]. LDAP authentication failed. Please choose "OK" to make the corrections or "cancel" to exit the application.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, user cannot log into the software.
